The- need for a. new catalogue became imperative. I had originally envisaged a larger work, more specialized, but then we looked into expenses, that idea ended right there. We would have wound up with a $5,000 "We became associated with Ed. Hausmann, Art Leggett and a Toronto businessman who prefers to remain in the background.

I wrote the catalogue, Mr. Hausmann did all the layout work, and Mr. Leggett is a knowledgeable dealer. Together we did the pricing since he also knows the market to stamps. We priced everything according to the market, and we did not once refer to the prices we were asking for the stamps.
