Mary Conway Blythe opened yesterday in the Redwood City court room of Superior Judge J. A. Branson. An attempt to break the will, in which Mrs. Blythe left her entire estate to her husband, Percy Blythe, Atherton real estate and investment broker, is being made by her brother, Daniel R.

Conway, of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. After Mrs. Blythe died in her home at 245 Park Lane, Atherton, last August, the brother charged that undue influence had been used on her and demanded that her body be exhumed. Blythe also insisted on the exhumation and an autopsy showed that Mrs. Blythe.

Friedman said that before the city condemned six and a half acres of his land on Sir Francis Drake Blvd. it had promised that the road it would build between San Anselmo and Fairfax would be paved to a width of feet. The road has been paved a width of two lanes or 20 feet, he said.

He asks $250,000 damages for loss of business resulting from the lack of a wide road and $50,000 for loss of value of the country club property.
