And Chief of Police Fred Heera is now on his way to the southern city to arrest Grace on a charge of forsery. Police declare that after cashing two checks at the Highland branch of the American Trust Company, forghiR the name of a Piedmont society woman and a Berkeley teachx' er, Miss Beatty departed with her "collected" J3ot and left word that she was going to "attend a dramatic school in New York."
