Flnnsrty was 70 years old, and one of tha most highly respected cltlseno of the town. He was supposed to have gen to Ottawa four weeks ago. but could not be traced beyond tale own house. He la survived by four sons and four daughters. An Inquest will be held within the r.t-xt few days.

His friends and family are at a complete loss at present to account for his disappearance.
