So over the years, I discovered a number of secrets to success in running a small business from home. These sev- en tips will help you succeed, too: 1.

Find a good space to work. Pelusio decided to take on the challenge, purchasing the hall for $300,000.

Over the last eight months, he spent $1.8 million restoring it to its former glory with modern touches. It is now a luxury building amid new apartments in one of the hot spots.
