He was predeceased by his wife Elizabeth (Bobbe Wood) and was dear father of Jamie (Karen Rackel) of St. Albert, Alberta and Nancy of London, Ontario. At Eric's request there will be no funeral or memorial service. The family extends its gratitude to the staff on the 7th floor of the University Hospital, London, Ontario.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the London Humane Society or another charity of one's choice would be appreciated. 1 SMYTH, (nee Davis) Lillian (Lil) Emily Peacefully passed away in her sleep at home Friday, February 24, 2012 at the age of 93.
