Thomas F. Dewey said the San dusky-co grand jury, starting its session today, will investigate evidence to be submitted charging perjury in the recent school board election expense account inquiry. Transcripts of portions of test! mony taken before Judge V. Baumann will be submitted, he said. It will be up to the grand jurors to determine whether per jury has been committed.

Judge Baumann brought up the perjury charge possibility when he. said false stories had been told by witnesses in the suit of Robert Grayson, citizen, against Carl G. Coleman, in which the former sought to have the latter refused the right to sit on the school board Tuesday, the Rev. William because his expense account was) Bade, officiating.
