Drew's name may be made to Livingston Community Hospice. Violet Snedicor Violet L. Snedicor, 77, of Howell died April 5 at Greenbriar Care Center, Howell. She was born March 30, 1911, in Manistee, the daughter, of William and Selma (Cierpka) Sytek. She married Marshall Snedicor; he preceded "iier in death in 1981.

Mrs. Snedicor was co-owner of Snedicor's Cleaners from 1927 to 1969. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Howell. She is survived by two sisters, Regin Henry of Howell and Theresa Dumas of Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were April 8 at St. Joseph Catholic Church; the Rev. Gilbert Rahrig and the Rev. Jerry Carlson officiated. Burial was in Lakeview Cemetery, Howell.

Dorothy Manning Dorothy B. Manning, 63, of Fowler-ville died April 5 at Ingham Medical Center, Lansing. She was born Dec. 24, 1924, in Wayne County, the daughter of Milton H. and Ethel (Sammons) Wehmeier.

She married Durwood Manning; he preceded her in death. She is survived by three sons, Richard and Robert VanTassel, both of Fowlerville, and Kurt VanTassel of New Jersey; two brothers, Robert Wehmeier of Utica and Milton Wehmeier of Florida; and one stepsister, Susan Coman of Illinois. Funeral services were April 8 at Liverance Funeral Home, Fowlerville; the Rev. Robert Secrist of survived by two daughters, Lisa M. of Fenton and Rita M.

of Howell; two sons, Lyle K. of Alaska and Leslie K. of Fowlerville; one granddaughter; two sisters, Inga Sera and Iris Soloman; one brother, Bruno Silenieus; and several nieces and nephews, all of Finland. Funeral services were March 28 at MacDonald's Funeral Home, Howell; the Rev. Darryl Larson officiated.

Cremation has taken place. Earl Rau Earl E. Rau, 77, of Pinckney died March 31 at Greenbriar Care Center, Howell. He was born May 27, 1910, in Illinois, the son of George and Adila Mae (Derby) Rau. He married Helen Lejkowski on April 16, 1932, in Dearborn.

She preceded him in death in 1980. Mr. Rau was a repair worker for Ford Motor Co. He is survived by three daughters, Gloria Noble of Pinckney, Barbara Davison of Cheboygan and Nancy Ratliff of Pinckney; one son, Earl Rau Jr. of Pinckney; 20 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were April 4 at Shelters Funeral Home, Pinckney; the Rev. S. Earle Trudgen officiated. Burial was in Pinckney Cemetery, Pinckney. Tadeusz Bandur Tadeusz "Ted" Bandur, 70, of Howell died April 9 at St.

Joseph Mercy Hospital, Ann Arbor. He was born May 28, 1917, in Poland. He married Blanche M. (Tomaszewski) Dillenback; she survives him. Mr.

Bandur was a machine operator for General Motors Corp. for 26 years. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a sister, Sofia Kocan and a sister-in-law, Agnieszka Bandur of Poland. services were April 11 at MacDonald's Funeral Home, Howell; the Rev. Gilbert O.

Rahrig officiated. Cremation has taken place. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Howell. Delos Haviland Delos Montage Haviland, 97, of Florida, formerly of Howell, died April 4 in Florida.

He was born March 28, 1891, is Howell, the son of Alfonzo and Emma Haviland. He married his wife Clarabelle in 1914 in Detroit. She preceded him in death in 1950 Mr. Haviland was a retired tool and die maker. He is survived by one son, Donovan Haviland of Gaylord; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Graveside services were April 9 at New Hudson Cemetery, New Hudson; the Rev. Rick Sheppard of ficiated. Claire Schnackenberg Funeral services for Claire Schnackenberg will be 11 a.m. today at the Lamb Funeral Home, Howell The Rev. Gary Damon will of ficiate.

Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery, Howell. Mr. Schnackenberg, 85, of Howell died April 10 at Ingham Medicaj Center, Lansing. He was born July 19, 1902, in Munith, the son of Fred C. and Charlotte if 1 a Schnackenberg.

He married Irene A Hewitt on June 15, 1926, in Ann Ar bor she survives him. Mr. Schnackenberg attended the University of Michigan. He was a funeral director and owner of the Schnackenberg Funeral Home, Howell. He retired in 1969.

He was a member of First United Methodist Church, Howell. He was a member of the Howell Rotary Club and a life member of the Howell Lodge No. 38 of the Free and Accepted Masons. In addition to his wife, he is surviv ed by three daughters, Joan Gentry of Howell, Mary Ellen Maas of Lansing and Ruth Deuthsch of Minnesota one son, Bob Schnackenberg of South Carolina; 12 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one brother, Lyle Schnackenberg of Okemos. Memorial contributions in Mr.

Schnackenberg's name may be made to the First United Methodist Church or the Howell Carnegie Library. Leva Gaither Leva L. Gaither, 71, of Fowlerville died April 3 at McPherson Community Health Center, Howell. She was born Jan. 26, 1917, in Virginia, the daughter of Wilmer W.

and Bertha Ann (Atkins) Ball. She married John F. Gaither; he survives her. In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son, Larry Ball of West Virginia; two grandchildren; three sisters, Lenna Thompson of West Virginia, Etta Brown of West Virginia and Garnet Hiles of Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were April 6 at First Baptist Church of Fowlerville; the Rev.

Terry Stichler officiated. Burial was in Greenwood Cemetery, Fowlerville. Bernard Coggins Bernard J. Coggins, 71, of Fowlerville died April 3 at home. He was born September 17, 1916, in Detroit, the son of Jerome B.

Coggins. He is survived by one daughter, Judy Griffen of Fowlerville; one son, Skip Coggins of Florida; three sisters, Bernadette Tregoning and Betty Ann New, both of Georgia, and Barbara McDonald of Flint; four brothers, Patrick of Flint, David of Lakeview, James of Otisville and Robert of Florida; seven grandchildren and six greatgrandchildren. Funeral services were April 7 at Liverance Funeral Home, Fowlerville; Monsignor Walter Mehm officiated. Burial was in Greenwood Cemetery, Fowlerville. Lisa Davenport Lisa "Karin" Davenport, 61, of Howell died March 24 at home.

She was born Oct. 3, 1926, in Finland, the daughter of Wilho and Hilja (Koikkalainen) Silenieus. She married Max C. Davenport; he survives her. Mrs.

Davenport was a homemaker. She was a member of the Lutheran faith. In addition to her husband, she is In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons, William of California, Richard of Florida and Robert of Midland; two grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by a brother, Carl, and two sisters, Lena and Clara Musch. Funeral services were April 10 at the Keehn Funeral Home, Brighton; the Rev.

Alan P. Goertemiller officiated. Burial was in St. George Lutheran Cemetery, Genoa Township. Memorial contributions in Mr.

Musch's name may be made to the Organ Fund of St. George Lutheran Church. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Harold Capien Harold Capien, 64, of Howell died April 5 at McPherson Community Health Center, Howell. He was born Sept.

18, 1923, in Ohio, the son of Leonard L. and Elisie (Baker) Capien. Mr. Capien was a supervisor at Burroughs Corp. for 27 years.

He was a veteran of World War II and the Korean War. He is survived by two sons, Robert Capien of Howell and Harold of Florida; six daughters, Renate Ester of Arizona, Jannett Hodge of Clarkston, Gina Foote of Colorado, Joan of Detroit, Gayle Sich of Milford and Nancy of Union Lake; 11 grandchildren; and one sister, Vera Corbin of Indiana. Funeral services were April 10 at MacDonald's Funeral Home, Howell; the Rev. Charles McEwen officiated. Burial was in Sunset Hills Burial Park, Canton, Ohio.

Viola Drew Viola M. Drew, 75, of Howell died April 7 at home. She was born June 20, 1912, in Iowa, the daughter of Arthur and Ella (Miller) Deyo. She married Sumner Drew; he survives her. Mrs.

Drew was a homemaker. In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son, Stanley Lind of Howell; three daughters, Connie Michaud of Howell, Linda Strang of GREEN, INC. Juanita Tice Funeral services for Juanita L. Tice will be at 2 p.m. today at Mac-Donald's Funeral Home, Howell.

The Rev. Charles Bugbee will officiate. Burial will be in Hartland Cemetery, Hartland. Mrs. Tice, 73, of Hartland died April 10 at the University of Michigan Medical Center, Ann Arbor.

She was born Nov. 15, 1914, in Missouri, the daughter of Gus and Eva (Walker) Saddler. She married Albert 1 Tice on Jan. 30, 1960, in Missouri; he survives her. Mrs.

Tice was a homemaker. In addition to her husband, she is survived by six daughters, Loanna Grub and Jeanette Flick, both of Lansing, Cora Kline of Milford, Helen Dunning of Highland, Sharon Marvin of Bad Axe and Jeanette Kliner of Pontiac; five sons, Fay Tice of Brighton, Robert Suddeth and Jerry Suddeth, both of Pontiac, John Suddeth of Highland Township and Timothy Suddeth of Florida; and two sisters, Grace Craft and Ollie Link, both of Missouri. Max Musch Max A. Musch, 84, of Brighton died April 7 at the Crestmont Medical Care Center, Fenton. He was born Aug.

30, 1903, in Genoa Township, the son of William and Caroline (Conrad) Musch. He married Dorothy Smith on Dec. 15, 1945, in Howell she survives him Mr. Musch was a 1928 graduate of the University of Michigan school of architecture and was a member of the Alumni Association. He was a member of St.

George Lutheran Church, Brighton. He was a member of the American Institute of Architects. He had been on the Genoa Township Planning Commission for many years. Prior to his retirement in 1968, he was the department superintendent of the Plant Engineering Department for the General Motors Corp. Proving Ground at Milford.

A lifelong resident of Livingston County, Mr. Musch was involved with the design of numerous architectural projects in the county and surrounding area.
