Stuber, 81, of New Jersey, died 7 In New Jersey. A Baptist clergyman and church executive, he visited the Howell area churches several times. Survivors include his wife, Helen; two daughters, Syvlia Heap of Water-town, New York, and Lois Spitzer of Fayetteville, New York; a son. Dr. Rosco Stuber of Howell; four sisters; and 11 grandchildren.

A memorial service was May 10 at the Emmanuel Baptist Church in Ridgewood, New Jersey. Anthony Nowinski Anthony Nowinski, 74, 5160 N. Fowlerville Road, Fowlerville, died May 8 at McPherson Community Health Center, Howell. Born September 1, 1910, in Detroit, he was the son of William and Constance (Wyzlic) Nowinski. He was married to Anna Nowinski.

Mr. Nowinski was a retired gas station owner and was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church and was a fourth-degree member of Knights of Columbus. Survivors include his wife; thre daughters, Joyce Mutch and Carol Reynolds of Fowlerville, and Rita Schmidt of New Jersey and five Services were May 11 at St. Agnes.

Burial was at Mt. Olivet with the Reverend Father Charles E. Jacobs of St. Agnes officiating. j.

A rosary was recited May 10 at the Dillingham Funeral Home. Amanda Sawyer Amanda Helen Sawyer, 78, 2671 Brad Place, Brighton, died May 8 at McPherson Community Health Center, Howell. Born September 16, 1906, in West Braddock, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of William and Annie (Amyrs) Reeder. She was married to William A. Sawyer and he preceded her in death on May 9, 1975.

Mrs. Sawyer was a member of the Brighton Senior Center. Survivors include two sons, William of Garden City, and Harvey of Brighton; two daughters, Ellen Abdou of Farmington Hills, and Doris Robertson of Houston, Texas; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a sister, Anna Anderson of Pennsylvania; and several nieces and nephews. fl Services were May 1 1 from the Keehn Funeral Home with the Reverend Marvin R. Valade of the Brighton Wesleyan Church officiating.

Burial was at Fairview Cemetery. Memeorial contributions in Mrs. Sawyer's name are suggested to the Brighton Senior Center. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Bernice Hardy Bemice Hardy, 72, Chicago, Illinois, formerly of -Howell, died May 5 at the Masonic Medical Health Chicago.

Born June 4, 1912, in Howell, she was the daughter of Howard and Ollie Hardy. Miss Hardy graduated from Howell High School in 1929 and from Cleary Business College, Ypsilanti. She had been a resident of Chicago, for many years. Miss Hardy is survived by a sister, Elizabeth Holtforth of Howell. Cremation has taken place and services will be in Lakeview Cemetery at a later date.

Contributions in Miss Hardy's name are suggested to the Hardy United Methodist Church or to the American Cancer Society. Margaret Kozemchick Margaret Kozemchick, 79, 4500 E. M-36, Pinckney, died May 7 at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, Ann Arbor. Born June 16, 1905.

in Tennessee, she was the daughter of Thomas and LuLu Sutton. Mrs. Kozemchick was a meat carver for Morrison Cafeteria Survivors include a son. Jack J. Cozy of Pinckney, and William Donald of Pickford; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Burial was May 8. 10 grandchildren; two brothers, Joseph of Rochester, and Axel of Traverse City; six sisters, Virginia Vellianoff of Howell, Dorian Soper of Galdwin, Eldora Magnuson of Farmington, Winona Tank of Dearborn, Barbara Byrne of Plymouth, and Delores O'Callaghan of Plymouth. Services were May 13 from St. Joseph Catholic Church. Burial was at Mt.

Olivet Cemetery with the Reverend Father Gilbert Rahrig of St. Joseph's officiating. Dortha Cornell Services for Dortha Jean Cornell, 65, M-59, Howell, will be 2 p.m. today from the First United Methodist Church of Howell. She died May 12 at University Hospitals, Ann Arbor.

Born June 1, 1919, in Fowlerville, she was the daughter of Ernest and Ruth (Betterly) Reyhl. A lifetime resident of the county, she was married to Chancey Cornell. Mrs. Cornell was a member of the First United Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Sandra Lee Morgan; a son, Don, all of Howell; five grandchildren; three brothers, Richard Reyhl of Royal Oak, Stanley Rehyl of Howell, and Frederick Reyhl of Fowlerville; and two sisters, Margaret Skym of St.

Johns and Charlotte Sherwood of Fowlerville. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Arden and Donald Reyhl. Burial will be in the Riddle Cemetery with the Reverend Lewis C. Sutton of the First United Methodist Church. Ruth Cox Ruth E.

Cox, 80, 1486 W. Cohoctah Road, Cohoctah, died May 10 at Green-briar Convalescent Center, Howell. Bom April 30, 1905, in Livingston County, she was the daughter of William and Esther Jackson. On June 2, 1943, she was married to Morris Cox in Marshall. He preceded her in death on April 15.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Leslie (Ruth) Lahti of Toledo, Ohio, Mrs. Robert (Frances) Lockwood of Fowlerville; two sons, Wilford of Fowlerville, and George of Howell; 13 grandchildren; seven greatgrandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was pareceded in death by a daughter, Esther, two brothers and a sister. Memorial services were May 14 at the Calvary Bible Church of Cohoctah with the Reverend David Carpenter Burial was at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Southfield.

The rosary was recited May 9 at the Keehn Funeral Home. Marion Jenkins i Funeral services for Marion F. Jenkins, 44, Christine Drive, Brighton, will be Friday at the Shrine of the Little Flower, Baltimore, Maryland. She died May 12 at the University Hospitals, Ann Arbor. Born August 13, 1940, in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of Sylvester and Frances (Harthka) Buchacz.

On February 1, 1964, she was married to Melvin R. Jenkins in Baltimore. Mrs. Jenkins was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church of Brighton.

Survivors include her husband a son, Christian Michael; and a daughter, Nichole Therese, both at home. Burial will be at Holy Redeemer Cemetery in Baltimore. A scripture service was May 13 at the Herrmann Funeral Home. Rosemary Davison Funeral services for Rosemary C. Davison, 58, 5359 U.S 23, Brighton, will be 10:30 a.m.

Thursday at Herrmann Funeral Home. She died May 13 at the University Hospitals, Ann Arbor. Born July 31, 1926, in Plymouth, she was the daughter of John N. and Helen (Monahan) Simpson. In 1949, she was married to Richard Davison in Howell.

He preceded her in death in 1979. Survivors include her father of Brighton; two sons, Joe St. Aubin and Ray St. Aubin of Brighton; and a daughter, Nancy Rust of Russelville, Kentucky. Burial will be at Brighton Hills Cemetery with the Reverend Father William Stevenson of St.

Patrick's officiating. A rosary will be recited at 8 tonight at Herrmann Funeral Home. Donald Everson Donald D. Everson, 64, Boca Raton, Florida, died May 8 in Troy. Born September 3, 1920, in Berkley, he was the son of George and Cecilia (Richard) Everson.

His wife, the former Irene Hunter, preceded him in death in 1984. Mr. Everson was a restaurateur. Survivors include a daughter, Karen Craciun of Howell; two sons, Donald of Dewitt, and Richard of South Branch; BUSINESS INSURANCE 31 John Ugorcak John Ugorcak, 81, 9833 Edward Drive, Brighton, died May 5 at Massapequa, New York. Born October 3, 1903, in Czechoslovakia, he was the son of John and Mary (Bidlesmit) Ugorcak.

On February 16, 1924, he was married to the former Anna Pennsylvania, moving to the Brighton area in 1974. She preceded him in death on February 6, 1978. Mr. Ugorcak was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church of Brighton.

Survivors include seven daughters, Mrs. Andrew (Mary) Uhal of West Branch, Mrs. George (Margaret) Uhall of Huachuca, Arizona, Mrs. Ernest Rose) Holt of Massapequa, New York, Mrs. Richard (Irene) Ashcraft of Melrose, Florida, Dorothy Brock and Mrs.

Donald (Pauline) Jones, both of Brighton, and Mrs. Roosevelt (Helen) Amburgey of Celina, Tennessee; four sons, John Ugorcak Jr. of Inkster, Michael and Andrew of Detroit, Alex of Long Island, New York; 40 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. The funeral mass of the resurrection was May 9 from St. Patrick's with the Reverend Michael D.

Murphy as celebrant. Burial was at Calvary Cemetery. The rosary was recited at the Keehn Funeral Home. Florence Lancour Florence (Judy) Lancour, 62, Hudson, Florida. Born March 1, 1923, she was the daughter of William and Allie (Hot-chkiss) Howie.

On January 20, 1945, she was married to Vernon J. Lancour in Dearborn. Mrs. Lancour was a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church of Port Richey, Florida, and the Upper Peninsula Club of Whitmore Lake.

Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Linda Burgan and Patty Laird, both of South Lyon, and Cheryl of Novi; four grandchildren; a sister, Catherine Shaffer of Howell; two brothers, Joe Howie of Brighton, and William Howie of Nunica; and several nieces and nephews. The funeral mass of the resurrection was May 9 from St. Patrick Catholic Church with the Reverend Father Michael D. Murphy as celebrant. Joseph Mercy Hospital, Ann Arbor. Borm May 20, 1918, in Brighton, she was the daughter of Gustav and Jennie (Door) Hartman. On December 31, 1944, she was married to Joseph Matthews in Detroit. Mrs. Mattews was a member of the former Michigan Chapter 314 Order of Eastern Star of Brighton.

Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Richard (Audrey) Bondy of South Haven, and Mrs. Ralph (Jennie) Wetherbee of Hamburg; a son, James of Howell; four grandsons; two sisters, Wanda Hartman of Grosse Pointe and Mary Hartman of Brighton; three step-sons, Kenneth of California, Charles of Hastings, and Joseph Matt-news Jr. of Grand Rapids; 14 step-grandchildren; and several great-step-grandchildren. Services were May 11 from the Keehn Funeral Home with Sister Arlene F.
