The Legion won four and the Bears two games. Behind the effective pitching of Brennan, who pitched the six games for the Legion, the team held the Bears to five scattered hits. The Legion connected for nine hits, with Rhoads, flashy third sacker, getting three. Swavely and Fry each had two hits for the Legion.

The James Fritz-Elmer Swavely matched Legionnaires have been organized two years and have the best record of any local softball team.
