Product--Made Roof Burglars Escape in Rain Of Cop Bullets Two burglarly suspects, spotted as they tried to pry open a skylight in a one-story building at 106-21 Continental overlooking the Long Island Rail Road tracks, in Forest Hills, Queens, escaped early today despite a pistol fusillade from police. The cops insisted, however, that they had scored at least one hit and alerted hospitals to be on the lookout for a wounded man. Spotted by Watchman.

The burglars were seen on the roof of the building that houses the office of Andrew L. Muller, insurance, by a watchman. He called police, who ordered the pair out. But just as they seemed about to surrender, the suspects broke and ran. Police fired seven shots at them and heard one of the fleeing men scream.

ROBERT OBER Robert Ober, 69, veteran actor, died yesterday in the Lenox Hill Hospital, 76th St. Lexington Ave. Ober appeared with Fay Templeton in George M. Cohan's "Fortyfive Minutes From Broadway," with the late Arnold Daly in "You Never Can Tell," and with Madge Kennedy in "Fair and Warmer," "You Can't Take It With You" and other hits.

He also played in early motion pictures. Ober married actress Maude Fulton. Following a divorce, he married Mabel Taliaferro, LAMBERTUS BOBBINK Lambertus C. Bobbink, 84, noted nurseryman and patron of the New York Botanical Garden's. rose garden, died yesterday in Hackensask (N.J.) Hospital.

Bobbink, who lived in East Rutherford, came to America in 1895 in search of a market for plants from his native Holand. In 1898, he helped found the firm of Bobbink Atkins in East Rutherford, now one 6f the nation's largest horticultural organizations. William J. Zielenbach, 45, a salesman for the Prescott Alexander a boiler company of Madison, N. J. died yesterday at home in Roselle Park, N. J.

Zielenbach was a Navy lieutenant World War II. He is survived his wife, Mrs. Mary Wyckoff Zielenbach; three daughters, Mary Jane, Nancy and Sarah; a brother, John, and two sisters, Mrs. Gerald O'Connor and Miss Elizabeth Zielenbach. Jamaica, L.
