Dayton. 12-23 tfc Court to Employ Attorney I Explain Law In a special session February 21. the Court voted to employ P. C. Matthews, Liberty attorney, explain to it the meaning of Article 6740 RST 1925 respecting the division of the county road and bridge fund arising from taxation, among several precincts of the At a previous session.

County Judge Charles O. Austin had ruled out of order a motion calling for equal division of the fund among the four precincts of the county, declaring such division was unlawful. All commissioners except Elza Burch voted for the motion to employ the attorney.
