Tuning In HART Bochner. Chelsea Field and Joe Don Baker star in "Complex of Fear," a fact-based motion picture-for-television about a serial rapist terrorizing residents of a condominium complex, to be broadcast from 8 to 10 p.m. Tueday on KWTV (9). Hal Linden, Finola Hughes and John Dye ar back at Jack's Place, which has a special pre view at 9 p.m. Tuesday on KOCO-TV (5).

Goin, to Extremes will be pre-empted on that date Jack's Place will have its regular day and tim period beginning at 8 p.m. Thursday. Matlock will join the ABC prime-time schedule at 7 p.m. Thursday on KOCO-TV (5). Weatherman Mike Morgan is back keeping an eye on Oklahoma's weather.

Morgan, who interned with the National Weather Service at age 13 and began forcasting the weather on television at age 19. is now a part of the KFOR-TV (4) News Team. "Taking a Stand," the Emmy award-winnins drama about a courageous teen-age boy whc testifies against a neighbor caught vandalizinf the home of a black family, will air as a "Clas sic" presentation of the ABC Afterschool Special from 3 to 4 p.m. Thursday on KOCO-TV (5). "The Changing of the Guard: A Pre-Inaugural Special" airs at 10 p.m.

Thursday on OETA-TV (13). Beau Bridges stars in "Elvis the Colonel: The Untold Story," an inside. look at' the tumultuous relationship between Elvis Presley and Col. Tom Parker, the man who boasted of his ability to make or break the King of Rock 'n' Roll. The world premiere movie will air from 8 to 10 p.m.

Sunday on KFOR-TV (4). Two struggling ABC dramas Civil Wars anc Going to Extremes are swapping time slots Extremes goes to 9 p.m. Wednesday for the nexl three weeks, completing the order of 13 original episodes for that series. Specials will air in thai time slot beginning Feb. 3.

Wars goes to the p.m. Tuesday time slot on Jan. 19. Tim Matheson stars as a criminal psychologist in the suspensefut world premiere thriller "Relentless: Mind of a Killer" (formerly "Mood to be telecast from 8 to 10 p.m. Monday on KFOR-TV 4).

Cheryl Ladd stars in the dramatic story of a Texas woman who courageously plays out a dangerous scheme aimed at trapping her abusive husband, who has hired someone to kill her, in "Dead Before Dawn," based on a true story, airing from 8 to 10 p.m. Sunday on KOCO-TV (5). Talk Back Fred Couples, Davis Love III, Greg Norman and Tom Kite will join senior golfing greats Raymond Floyd and Chi Chi Rodriguez when ABC Sports presents live coverage of the prestigious Infiniti Tournament of Champions Golf from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday on KOCO-TV (5). Breathtaking aerial photography captures the action when the skies explode, as hard-eyed young helicopter pilots use the most technically advanced flying machines ever created to take deadly aim on a cocaine cartel in "Fire Birds," an ABC network television premiere from 8 to 10 p.m.

Monday on KOCO-TV (5). A friend and I were watching the classic movie, "Casablanca," and we never heard Humphrey Bogart's famous saying, "Play it again, Sam." Where does this saying come from if it's not from the movie? W.N., Calgary, Alberta. "Play it, again, Sam," as well as many other famous tag lines from Hollywood, was created by mimics who distilled the essence of the situation into more concise form. "Play it for me, Sam" and "You played it for her, now play it for me" were reduced to "Play it again, Sam." Similarly, Greta Garbo used many expressions to tell intrusive people to bug off, but 'I vant to be alone" was not one of them. And if you happen to watch Mae West's 1933 "She Done Him Wrong," you'll notice that when she propositioned Cary Grant it was a variation on "Come up and see me sometime." Cinemax will present the unedited original version of the 1969 classic "Midnight Cowboy" never before shown on TV in its entirety at 7 p.m.
