GERTRUDE P. BISHOP MAYER Obituary Funeral services for Mrs. Gertrude Pell Bishop, 69, former president of the North Westchester Women's Republican Club, will be held at 3:30 P. M. today in St.

Mark's Episcopal Church, Mount Kisco. Mrs. Bishop, who lived at 209 E. 62d St. and at Mill Stream Farm, Mount Kisco, died Wednesday.

EDITH M. WATSON Worthing, England, Oct. 15 (P). -The death of Miss Edith Margaret Watson, private secretary to six Prime Ministers, was announced today. She was in her 70s.

Miss Watson became private secretary to Bonar Law in 1916 and accompanied him to Downing Street when he was named Prime Minister in 1922. She held a similar post later with Stanley Baldwin, Ramsay McDonald Neville Chamberlain, Winston Churchill and Clement Attlee. She retired in 1945. WILLIAM J. DEVANEY A Requiem Mass for William J.

Frank Mossberg, 94, inventor and manufacturer of heavy machinery, died here today after a long illness. Mossberg was a native of Sweden. In 1940 he received the Order of Vasa in a New York World's Fair ceremony by direction of the King of Twice he served as president of the John Erickson Society of New York. A friend of the late Thomas A. Edison, Mossberg had patented hundreds of inventions.

LT. DICK INNMAN Vincennes, Oct. 15 (P). Word was received here today that Lt. Dick Innman, former West Point football and track star, was killed in action in Korea on July 7.

Innman, previously listed as missing, was a first-string defensive halfback for Army in 1951 and three- athlete at Vincennes High School. 15 Arthur W. Cooley, 54, president of Inland Newspaper Representatives, died today of injuries suffered in fall while horseback riding. Cooley headed Inland, which represented more than 100 newspapers throughout the nation in the national advertising field, for 27 Scouts to Open Retreat Today Catholic Boy Scouts and their leaders will participate in a retreat starting today at Camp Baiting Hollow, Suffolk County Boy Scout camp on the North Shore. The retreat is being arranged by the Rev. John J.

Gorman of St. Francis de Sales Church, Patchogue, Catholic chaplain of the Suffolk Boy Scout Council. The Scouts are scheduled to arrive at the camp shortly before noon. Retreat activities will begin at 7 A. M.
