Water Contracts Awarded in Moore RABBIT BIKE JACKETS RABBIT JACKETS WITH HOODS MOORE Three of six contracts involved in Moore's $5.5 million water service improvement package have been awarded as the city moves to correct its water shortage problems before next summer. City Manager Harry Mill said construction of a $984,400 water tower, and drilling of four new water wells at a cost of 5610,310 will start soon. Construction on $815,000 in new water lines will start Jan. 5. Hill said that in January the city council will begin advertising for bids for construction of a second water tower.

He expects the city will award six contracts for the multi million-dollar plan. He said the contracts contain time completion dates so that water improvements will be in service by summer. Last summer's dry weather prompted water rationing and shortages throughout the city. RABBIT JACKETS U.
