Hooker, 34, was arrested Tuesday after authorities received a tip on his whereabouts. He had been sought by police since the bodies of Drusilla Morgan, 53, and Sylvia Stokes, 28, were, discovered in Stokes' apartment on March 28. Witnesses told police they saw Hooker March 27 leaving Stokes' apartment with blood on his clothes. Prosecutors allege Hooker fatally stabbed the women on March 27. The women lived in separate units of the Providence Apartments, 2425 NE 10.

In November, Stokes was granted a protective order against Hooker after she told a judge: "Please help me and my kids. I don't want to be like the others dead." Last year, four women were killed and two were injured in the Oklahoma City area by assailants who had had protective orders filed against them. Tinker Units Honored The Air Force outstanding unit award has been won by the 28th Air Division and the 552nd Airborne Warning and Control Wing at Tinker Air Force Base. As winners of the award, members of the two units will receive ribbons for their dress uniforms. The 28th Air Division was honored for its multinational effort for air superiority and the 552nd Wing was cited for providing air surveillance and control in every major Air Force exercise plus continuous surveillance in the Persian Gulf.
