First Christian Church, 220 S Webster in Norman, will host the assembly with the theme "Joined Together in Discipleship." Featured speaker will be the Rev. John 0. Humbert of Indianapolis, general minister and president of the denomination. Also speaking will be Dr. Joan Campbell of the World Council of Churches, who will challenge the assembly to work with other denominations around the world. Other sessions will focus on stewardship. Delegates will consider concerns of individuals and congregations around the state.
