8 (INS) Akron police have cited Paul W. Litchfield, 77, chairman of the board of the Goodyear Tire Rubber for failure to have his automobile under control in a freak accident Monday. Akron city hospital officials report that Litchfield, who suffered four broken ribs when his car went out of control on a busy Akron street and dropped some 60 feet into the Barberton Ohio Railroad tracks after striking a bus and two automobiles, is in "very satisfactory" condition. 8 Clayton Ohm, a resident of Cataw- ba-tp, reports having killed an albino woodchuck on his farm east of here. The albino animal is re ported as being rare in this area.
