Black Hawk Registration Is Scheduled at Calva Bank Galesburg Register-Moil, Golesburg, Thursday, July 20, 1972 Hawk College, East Campus, east of Galva, will have a series of bank registrations this summer. One of these will be July 28 from 9 a. p. m. at the First National Bank in Oalvn.

Members of the collcgo staff will be present to register and with students. Early reg-' isl ration will continue until Aug. 25. A student may register by calling for an appointment or by going to the college. Regular registration will be Sept.

5-6. The 1644th Transportation Co. based at Oalva will leave July 21 for two weeks annual summer training. Members of the National Guard unit will return Aug. 5 from Camp McCoy, where they will participate in training exercises aimed at familiarizing the unit with vehicles used for transportation of the military.

Challenger Wants Match Televised REYKJAVIK, Iceland (UPI) Fischer wants his $250,000 world championship match with Boris Spassky of Russia televised to the world, but he cannot accept an arrangement which would hurt his concentration at the chess board, a representative of the American challenger said to day. Fred Cramer, 'representing the 29-year-old Fischer, also said Icelandic chess officials were doing everything possible to insure that the fifth game of the match goes off without the problems which have caused Fischer to threaten a boycott. The fifth game was to begin at 5 p.m. fl p.m. EDT).

As Cramer spoke, negotiations began between Fischer's attorneys and representatives of Chester Fox and the American Broadcasting which have bought broadcasting rights to the match. 'I don't know what the result of the negotiations will be but Bobby is most anxious this great match can come out to the world," said Cramer. "But he would not accept any dea-! which would disturb his concentration on the stage. The cameras must be absolutely silent and out of reach." Gene McCance, post commander, announced today that due to extensive vandalism and repealed mischievous conduct in the VFW Memorial Park, six men have been legally deputized by the county sheriff to arrest violators. McCance said that witnesses are encouraged to report violations to the VFW, adding that their names will be withheld. Galesburg, III. The Recreation Center and recreation program were topics of a program presented Mon day night by James Weiss to Bushnell Rotary Club. Ivan Zuck presided at the United Methodist Church. Miss Sharon Hartwig, a graduate of Bushnell-Prairie City High School is touring this summer with the Melody Messengers, a musical group representing Calvary Bible College, Kansas City, Mo. A public concert will be presented by the group July 26 at Checkrow Community Church.

Mrs. Ed Whittier, Bushnell, has learned that her son, Sgt. Kurt E. Evans, has been graduated from the Air Force Noncommissioned Officer Academy, Norton AFB, Calif. Sgt.

Evans, who received advanced military leadership and man agemcnt training, is a heating systems technician at Charles ton AFB, S.C. His wife, the former Judy Yocum, is the daugh ter of Mr. and Mrs. Gifford Yocum of near Bushnell.
