"We will be going to the Natrona County commissions next.

They, as publlcally elected officials, are ultimately responsible," Wyoming Right to Life national representative, Sharon Cornthwaite, said Wednesday. "I see nothing wrong with the hospital board's decision and I will stand behind them," county commissioner Dr. Nat Fowler said. Commissioner Vern Rissler said, "they have the right to talk with us but the running of the hospital is up to the board. All we do is appoint them." The decision to continue allowing elective abortions to be performed at the hospital was made by the hospital board In a special meeting held at 6:45 a m.

Knopik said the man, Jack Wayne Humphrey, 211 Copper, was married and had three daughters.

He was employed at the Casper Concrete Co. Natrona County Sheriff Bill Estes said more Investigation is required to determine if the incident was a suicide or a homicide. Charles Alvarez, of the Salvation Army, said complete turkey dinners will be served at the headquarters, located at 625 S. Jefferson, from 11 :30 a.m. p.m. Meals-On-Wheels director Mary Jewell Duncan said they will be delivering turkey dinners to 50 people Thursday between 11 a.m. -noon.
