The headquarters includes a 13,000 square foot administrative center, 17,000 square foot hangar and 7,200 square feet of operations space. For the past few years, the California commuter airline's operations have been located in leased temporary buildings at the airport. The Swift Aire complex is three stories on one side of the hangar, and two on tha other. Swift Aire began operating in 1969, and has flown more than 1,150,000 persons more than 180,000,000 revenue passenger miles. A monthly record 25,315 passengers flew on Swift Aire during June of this year.
