McBride, the complaint being that the latter while administrator of the diocese removed the former from his charge at Chambersburg without the canonical form, Bishop McGovern has rendered the fol lowing verdict: We, Thomas McGovern, bishop of Harrisburg and your judge, pronounce and declare you. Uriah Radcl, husband of Sarah Radel, of Powell's Valley, who died in an operating chair at the rooms of the Albany Dental Association yesterday afternoon, came to this city and this morning conveyed the dead body to his home for interment. To Coroner Hoy he stated that his wife was subject to neuralgic attacks, which recently began to affect the heart's action. On one occasion, after a particularly severe attack, his wife said to him, "If I ever get another spell liko that it will kill me." 'Twill bo "Worth Hearing. Conductor Yetter. of the Elder nod Fourth street line of the Citizens' passenger railway, struck a party with counterfeit coupons yesterday afternoon. When the young man shoved one at him he glanced at it and instantly detected the absence of the numbers which are printed on all the coupons issued in book form by the company.

He confiscated the whole batch, eleven, in the possession of the young man and compelled the latter to pay his fare. He refused to re veal the name of the person from whom he obtained the counterfeits and wanted them given back to him after paying his fare, but tnis the conductor iel used to do. Charles Woodward, of Carlisle, had her foot sprained. aB she thought. She came home and one day last week fell down a flight of stairs, breaking a bone i i the other foot. Dr. Allen set it, and then discovered that the supposed sprain received in this city was really a fractured bone.

A Popular Lecture. Re. M. L. Ganoe delivered his popular lecture, "A Boy's Experience in the War." in St.

Paul's M. 11 church last night. The audience was fairly large, and more than pleased. The lecture was full of wit. humor and pathos, inter spersed with flights of eloquence.

For an hour and twenty minutes tue speaker held the closes, attention of the people, convulsing them with laughter, melting them to tears and charming them with loftiest eloquence.
