Step Toward Jumble? Dan Ryan Expressway Will Open Saturday by MOOT J. SULLIVAN United Frets International The Dan Ryan Expressway, blued as the world's widest road, opens for tra'fic Saturday, moving Chicago's Loop a little closer (6 points south.
