Sanborn also saw Miss Callahan, a former nurse in the Palatine schools, while in Wisconsin. Miss Callahan inquired about her many Palatine friends. Jean Ruesch and Willard Freise say 'I do' Miss Jean Ruesch, daughter of Mr. and Mrr. Edwin J.

Ruesch of Skokie, 111, and Willard E. Freise, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin J. Freise of Palatine, were married Julv 2 at St.

Leonard Har- Miss Barbara Zoellick left Sunday noon by train for a two weeks' vacation at Tucson, Arizona. Miss Zoellick will visit Mr. and Mrs. Donald Ehlenburg. Mr.

and Mrs. David Talbot entertained the bridal party, at their home after the rehearsal Friday evening. The party enjoyed a buffet supper and an evening of music. Staff Sergeant and Mrs. Emmett Le Kander of Los Vegas.

Nevada arrived Monday to spend three days with Mr. and Mrs. Rupert Zoellick. Staff Sargeant Le Kander is a nephew of Mrs. Zoellick.

They have returned tj West Chicago where they will visit relatives before tontirviing on to Detroit, Michigan, where by the bride, who also carried a bouquet of white roses. She was given in marriage by her father. Miss Dorothy Ruesch, the bride's sister, was maid of honor and she was gowned in greerr marquisette ana carried yellow carnations. Best man was Harold Freise, brother of the groom. Ushers included Richard Ruesch. Donald Kastnmg and Lloyd Meyer. The reception and dinner following the ceremony were held at the American Legion hall in Skokie, and 500 guests attended the festivities. Mr.

and Mrs. Freise have tfcne to the north woods and Canada for their honeymoon and will be at home in Des Plaints. Mr. and Mrs. Neal Dean attended a dinner dance at the Edgewater Beach hotel Friday evening.
