He is survived by three sons, William of Winnipeg, Les of Ottawa, retired RCAF and Richard of Edmonton: two daughters. Mrs. F. (Edith) Kenney of Lethbridge and Mrs. W.

(Hilda) Mullan of Red Deer, Brother of Sid. England: three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Bom in Bath, England in 1885. the late Mr. Wat-kins moved to Winnipeg in 1904, and was employed with the city of Winnipeg until retiring in 1950.

In July of 1968, he came to Lethbridge, and had resided there until his passing. The graveside service was held on Thursday. Oct. 31 at 1.30 i p.m. with Rev.
