Wolfe of Roodhouse, county coroner, conducted inquests Tuesday evening at the Mehl Funeral Home into the deaths of Mrs. Daisy Boirun, Harold (Pete) Rhoads and Schuyler Early. The verdict was accidental death in all three cases. Mrs. Boirun died Dec.

Arthur Raymond Schofield of Eldred was admitted Tuesday as a medical patient and Terry Walters of Eldred was admitted for surgery on the same day. Admitted Wednesday as medical patients were Mrs. Crystal White of White Hall, Ebert Ferguson of Greenfield, and Kenneth Ingersoll of Jerseyville.

The National Future Farmer organization has 395,812 members. There are 8,372 local chap ters in the 50 states and Puerto Rico. Membership in Illinois approximates 17,000. The week of Washington's Birthday was chosen as National FFA Week not because he was the first president but for his forward look in farming, he being one of the first in the nation to practice contour planting, crop rotations, fertilization and other soil conservation and improvement methods.
