Constitution For Wisconsin Union Besides approving the constitution for the Wisconsin Union, the organiza tion which will govern the new Memorial Union, the University ol Wisconsin board of regents accepted the resignation of Prof. Chaunccy D.

Leake, department of pharmacology, and approved a number of minor appointment and changes. The constitution of the Wisconsin Union was approved Monday by the fac ultv. Regent approval now places the constitution In effect, and provides a basic plan of self government and self control by the student body.
