In recent years she made a commitment to Rockefeller University and its work In the life sciences. To the end, she was active in mind 8i body, enjoying her grandchildren, her garden, the sciences and long walks. Funeral Service at 11:15 a m.

Passed away peacefully on July 5, 2005 at his home after a bout with pneumonia with complications. He was born June 14, 1950 in Wal-tham, MA. He graduated from wa-tertown High school in 1968 and attended Westfield State College, Westfield. MA. He broke his neck playing lacrosse in 1970, which left him a quadriplegic.

He got an honorary Westfield State degree. He still remained friends with his "Zoo Buddies" from Westfield State. He and his family moved to Florida in 1987 and Immediately won many friends at La Peninsula and the area. He will be missed as he brought a smile to everyone who knew him. He was predeceased by his father, Evangelos Banacos in 2000.
