MA, died Wednesday at a local nursing home following a long Illness. She was born In Lawrence, MA, a daughter of Stephen T. and Mary (Murphy) Frawley and attended local schools. She received her BS in Education at Lowell State Teachers College and her Masters In Education from Flfchburg State College. She has taught school for 30 years inXawrence, MA.

Miss Frawley was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church In North Andover, MA and enjoyed traveling, knitting and reading. She was a longtime volunteer at local hospitals. Survivors include, 7 nieces and nephews. There will be no visiting hours.

Jack Ella (nee Reid) were married in 1947, and reared five children. They spent most of their lives In MA, where Jack was highly respected as a venture capitalist. He was associated with several investment companies. His last venture was In a partnership with Southeast Bank in Miami. Retiring to Naples in 1989, Jack Ella enjoyed Ihe golf and many friends at Wilderness Country Club.

Those friends will certainly miss his smile. He is survived by his loving wife, Ella, daughters Blanche Ventura, Ruth Lamothe, and Jackie Lamothe, sons Reid (Connie) Lamothe and Mark (Diane) Lamothe, ail residing in the Washington, D.C. area. Also surviving, one brother Dr. Paul (Barbara) Lamothe of Dover, MA, a sister Phyllis (Freeman) Jones of Radnor, PA and the late Rosalie Walsh.
