He was born May 13, 1945 in Kearney, NB, son of Jane (Curtiss) Beaumont Holcomb of Simsbury and Jupiter, FL and the late Edgar Beaumont and had lived in Simsbury for most of his life prior to moving to Holliston ten years ago. Mr Beaumont was a computer consultant working in the New England area for several years, rle was . a member of the Ashland-Holiiston Youth i Hockey Assoc, several professional computer consulting organizations and was a past member Simsbury Fire Dept. Nat Niles was much loved as a master of Vermont Academy where he taught for SQ years and where he was recently, inducted Into the Vermont Academy Hall of Fame. Nat was the son of Nathaniel W. Niles and Martha Pitkin Niles of Brookline, MA. His father was an Olympic figure skater and nationally ranked tennis player, end Nat carried on the tradition as an excellent athlete, being very successful as a tennis competitor and coach as well as being one of the early pioneer in American skiing, first as Director ot the 6kl School at Snow Valley during the 1940 s and then as long-time ski instructor at Vermont Academy. But Nat will be remembered best and most fondly for his love of his family, for his devotion to Vermont Academy, and his delightful wit and sense of humor.
