You. can save money if you know how to plan and buy wisely. Here are practical pointers, prepared by meat cookery experts of a famous Chicago packer, on buying meat in today's modern stores meats are cut into cooking portions. Total to Buy: The' weight of bone in a cut helps determine the amount to buy for serving or portion.

Consider, too, whether the meat is to be served as an. identifiable serving of used only as an extender or flavorer of other foods.
