Daughter ot the late Robert Annie L. (Du-han) and her second mother, Susan M. (Martin) Kennedy. She was born on Christmas day 1906 on the Duhan Homestead in Admiral Rock, Shubenacadie, Nova Scotia. Gertrude was employed for 43 years with the Massachusetts Dept.

of Fisheries and Wildlife, retiring in 1973 She resided in Concord, H. and moved to Middieboro in 1983. She is survived by her devoted sister and caregiver Margaret M. Kennedy of Middieboro, a brother Maurice J. Kennedy of So.

Harwich and she was the sister of the late Mary L. Kennedy of Nova Scotia, William T. Kennedy of Braintree and Robert A. Kennedy, Jr. of Brockton.

Born July 30th, 1922 in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Mr. Brown served as a Naval fighter pilot in WW II in the Pacific. He was awarded the Navy Cross at the Battle of Leyte Gulf. He was also awarded the distinguished flying Cross and four air medals.

Graduated T959 from the U.S. Naval College at the top of his class. Mr. Brown graduated from the University of Maryland and received his Mastersde- Sree of Science from George Washington niversity, Magna Cum Laude. Mr.

Brown retired from the Joint Chiefs of Staff in 1966 and joined the securities business with Dean Witter Reynolds where he became a Regional Senior Vice-President and led his region to the number one ranking. He finished his career as a Senior-Vice President as the Southeastern Divisional Manager for Paine-Webber also bringing it to new levels of excellence. He retired in 1996 from the securities business to become the Vice-Chairman of RBC International, a national real estate development company. He is survived by his wife.
