Dr. Joshua Bray, Green Lane physician, attributed death to hanging and termed it a suicide. Born in New Providence Township, Lancaster County, Mr. Reese was a son of the late John F. and Vergie (Gochnauer) Reese.

He resided in the Green Lane area for the past 25 years and was a retired quality control operator for Superior Tube Collegeville. He was a member of Tabor United Methodist Church, Hendricks, and Green Lane and Gilbertsville Fire Companies. Surviving with his widow are his step-parents. Freeman G.
