Todd went from champion snowman of the 12 years and younger to the grand championship in the 4H division of the horse show at the Tri-Rivers Fair. The reserve championship went to Kim Morrison who took the championship in the 15 years and older competition. Denise Rathgeber owns the championship in the 13 and 14 years old bracket. Reserve champions are Sharon Vanier, Jennifer Howison and Kristin Holmquist in ascending age order. In Horseman competition championship ribbons went to Cynthia Morrison, Susan Wilson, Todd O'Neil, Denise Rathgeber and Kristin Holmquist.

Reserve ribbons are owned by Waldeen Schmidt, Jane Anderson, Doug Richter, LuAnn Dent and Kim Morrison. There were plenty of other purple and blue ribbon winners in the 4H show.
