Sigler, a Kansas State Penitentiary inmate, was sentrnced Tuesday to an additional term of not to exceed 10 years after pleading guilty to a charge of assault with felonious intent. Sigler originally was charged with attempted murder, attempted escape and with an attempt to smuggle contraband from the prison.
