Kathleen B. Foley, 92 Was Coast Guard veteran Kathleen Rita (Breen) Foley, a World War II veteran of the Coast Guard, died Monday in Falmouth Hospital. She was 92. -j Mrs. Foley, of Dorchester, was the mother of former Boston Cityi Councilor Ccorge F.

Foley Jr. and at William J. Foley, a Boston lawyeis who worked in the presidential canii paigns of Robert F. Kennedy and! Jimmy Carter. She was bom in Scotland and im migrated to Rhode Island when she was 7.

She and her husband, the latej -George F. Foley, whom she married in 1928, ived in South Boston ami Savin Hill. In 1942, she enlisted in the Coasfc Guard and was assigned to guard iiv stallations as a member of the Coast? Guard Police at the Bethlehem Shif yard in Quincy. Besides George of Westwood and William of Boston, Mrs. Foley leaves a third son, Robert L.
