Youree and Vaughn moved into the finals with a 6-1, 6-2 victory over Wade and Scott. The VIS team of Baker and Davis walked away with the division championship by defeating the Burkburnett team of Pearson and Wilson, 6-2, 6-2, in the finals.

Baker and Davis earned their 1-6, 7-6, 6-2 semifinal win over Ann Agnew and Lori Hrncirik of Vernon. Pearson and Wilson stepped into the finals after defeating Childs and Sullivan, 62 6 2 Long and Clark went on to win the division by downing Caprock peers, White and Skidmore, 6-1, 6-1, in the finals. Corless also defeated Price of Graham, 6-0, 6-0, to advance to the finals. Jill Duncan reached the semifinals before she was defeated by Pitcock, 6-4. Duncan took her quarterfinal match over Pruitt of Holliday, 62, 6-1. winners in the division was Curtis Curry of Burkburnett, who earned a finals win over Scott Ladwig of Burkburnett, 6-0, 6-0. In his semifinal round, Curry won over Wayne Watson of Iowa Park, 7-6, 7-5, 6-2, while Ladwig defeated Boyston of Holliday, 63, 6-4.

A SINGLES Laurie Yoakum advanced to the A singles quarterfinals in which she was defeated by Brown, 6-1, 7-5. Yoakum defeated Denita McCartney of Quanah, 6-0, 6-1, in the first round and Rita Malone of Burkburnett, 6-3, 6-3, in her second match. Hightower earned a berth in the semifinals after defeating Melanie Bennett, 6-0, 6-0, in second round action. Hightower drew a first round bye.
