Parker still hasn't located "Mickey," who wrote a touching letter to "Mommy, care of God, Heaven," but stacks of mail and at least one $25 check are waiting.

Mickey's unstamped -letter found its way to Parker's desk May 17. News reports of the letter touched off a flood of answering mail. Mrs. W. Blair Moore was hostess at an informal drop-In at her home Saturday afternoon, honoring Miss Lillian Campbell, whose marriage to Cpl. Gary Lawrence of Clairton, and Camp Gordon, will be an event of Saturday. Rooms were arranged with late spring flowers and the mantel held regal lilies in a crystal container.

In the den pink roses were used. Guests were greeted by Mrs. Moore, who presented them to the honor guest and her mother, Mrs. John T. Williams, and were directed to the dining room by Mrs.

Joe Jackson. A decorative note of green and white was observed in decorations and refreshments. The table was overlaid with a handsome linen and a silver bowl held Madonna lilies and Queen Anne's lace. On a side table bottle drinks were served by Mrs. R.

D. Moore of Gastonia and Miss Minnabel Moore from a large antique china bowl filled with crushed ice and surrounded by magnolia blossoms. Mrs. Moffatt Wylie and Mrs. William Hammond assisted in serving Miss Campbell, who wore a striking black frock, pinned a bouquet of rosebuds, a gift from the hostess, at her shoulder.

She also received a silver serving dish. More than 55 guests called during receiving hours. Out of town guests were Miss Ruth Brown of Camden and Westminister. Mrs. R.
