Arledge won honors in their flights in the Central Texas Golf Association Tournament hold Wednesday at Cameron Country Club Cameron was host to 40 golfers from Central Texas area as the big monthly tournament made its stop here July 12.

Mrs. Coy C. Arledge was among the 58 amateur women golfers to compete in Central Texas Women's Golf Two-Day Medal play at River- lake Country Club in Dallas. At the luncheon Mrs. Arldge extended the invitation of the Cameron Golf Association to the members of Central Texas Golf Association to participate in the July tournament at Cameron Country Club.

In 1956 by invitation of the Beard of Directors, Cameron Golf Association became a member of this association which is recognized by the United States Golf Association.
