It vu In a green valley, along a edge in California that wft saw an old gentleman panning for gold last summer. Our boys were ecstatic and insisted that wa his picture. We watched him for sometime, but ha aeemed not to see us. so intent was he UDon the dredeinga of his pan. Immediately tne rmys started on how it would feel to be in the old shoes; for a bonanza, still believing that happiness is found in vein or lode.

As I listened to the enthusiastic conversation and watched the animated faces of our sons, I felt aad for the old man who looked for treasure in the sand. Our boys are already affluent in the joy that comes from lovinjf God and serving- His Church. This precious wealth ca i never be lost nor stolen from them, and may be any for the asking. THf CHUtCH FOt All All THE CHURCH Church factor on earth for the building and good ship. It it a of ual values.

Without a strong Church, noithor democracy nor civilization con survive. Thera are four sound reasons why person should aftend services regulorly and support Church. They arei (1) For own sake. (2) Fof his children take. (3) For the sake of his community and nation.

(4) for the sake of the Church Itself, needs his morol and support.
