Death Record John C. Beckwith John C. Beckwith, 79, RD 7, died today at 1:20 in the Armstrong County 'Memorial Hospital whore lie been a patient for two days. A life-long resident of Kit- 1anning, Beckwith was a retired employe of the Allegheny River Mining Company, retiring in 1953. He was a member of the M.O.R.A.

Club and a life-long 'member of the Free Methodist Kittanning. He was a former employe of the Willard Company. He was born Jan. 22, 1891 in -Kittanning, the son of Edwin vand Joanna Hunter Beckwith. 2 Surviving are his wife, Zella Beckwith; three sons: Clarence E.

Beckwith, Natrona Heights; John C. Beckwith, Army, Korea; and Herbert H. Beckwith, Daytona Beach, four daughters; Mrs. Barnes (Gladys) Fowler, Fort N.J.; Mrs. William '(Margaret) Lynds.

Los Angeles, Mrs. Francis (Alice) -Kemerer, Apollo; and Mildred "Pearl Beckwith, Kittanning; 'two brothers. Earl E. and Harry Beckwith, both of Kit- fanning; two sisters, Mildred M. Beckwith, Grove City, and Estelle F.

Beckwith, Kittanning; 14 grandchildren and Jo great grandchildren. BECKWITH Friends of John Beckwith, who died Dec. 7, -1970, will be received after 7 today at the Amberson C. Funeral Home, Funeral arrangements incomplete. Mrs.

Rose Marie Wolcutt -y The parents of Mrs. Rose Wolcutt, who died December 4, 1970, were Jeremiah and a a Johnson. Wolcutt was a member of the of Mary and the Altar Rosary Society of St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Bend. She is survived by two Harry Johnson of and William Johnson of Florida, and a number rOf nieces and nephews.

Beuchele Fuueral Home, East Brady. Mrs. John A. Goodheart John (Elva Blanche Lattimer) age 88, of Dayton RD 2 died yesterday at 8:05 p.m. in the Blose McGregor Medical Center, Punxsutawney after an extended illness.

She lived her entire life in the Dayton area and was a member of the Glads Run United Presbyterian Church. She was married Jan. 1, 1907 to John A. Goodheart, who preceded her i death in 1945. Born April 16, 1882, she was the daughter of William M.

and Emma Lattimer. Surviving are two sons, John W. and Bernard both of Dayton RD 2, one daughter Miss Emma a i Goodheart of Syracuse, New York, six grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. One daughter, Beulah. preceded her in death in 1924.

GOODHEART Friends of Mrs. John A. (Eva Blanche Lattimer) Gnodheart, who died Dec. 6, 1970, will be received after 7 this evening at the Frank 0. Bly Funeral Home in Dayton.

Sunday in Armstrong County Memorial Hospital. a a i Pennsylvania State policeman, had also served as police chief of New Bethlehem for a number of years. He was also a member of the Church of God, Distant. He was born Sept. 17, 1895 in Wilkes-Barre, the son of Mr.

and Mrs. Paul Barker. He is survived by his wife, Cynthia; a Mrs. Blaine (Betty) Wells, Distant and Mrs. Francis (Shirley) Collins, Falls Creek; and two grandchildren.

BARKER Friends of Russell Barker, who died Dec. 6, 1970, will be received after p.m. at the Robert F. Mateer Funeral Home, New Bethlehem. Visitation hours will be 7 to 9 p.m.

Monday and all day Tuesday. Funeral services will he 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Church of God, Distant, with the Rev. Glenn A. Ball, pastor of the church, officiating.

Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery, Distant. Roscoe W. Beatty Roscoe W. Beatty, 70 of 1616 16th North Apollo, died yesterday at 8:25 a.m. in Allegheny a Hospital, Natrona Heights, after an extended illness.

Mr. Beatty was a retired locomotive crane operator for the United Engineering Foundry Company. He retired in 1965 after 21 years of service. He was a member of the Trinity United Presbyterian Church in Vandergrift. Mr.

Beatty was born April 24, 1900 in Dayton, a son of Stuart M. and Cora E. (Wilson) Beatty. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Blanche (Dillinger) Beatty, a son Roscoe Beatty, Cabot; three daughters, Mrs.

Wayne (Cora) Davis, Mansfield, Ohio; Mrs. Ralph (Gladys) Kuhn, Doylestown; Mrs. i Gontner, North Apollo; four brothers, Oscar Beatty, Vandergrift; Dale Beatty, Avon- i a Somerset; Rev. Clair Beatty, Carlisle, Ohio; a sister, Mrs. Ralph (Irene) Houser, Knox; six -grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Watson, retired dean at the California Institute of Technology at Pasadena, and a top administrator of the country's World War II defense effort. Howard, aviation pioneer, executive and famed race pilot of the 1930s Howard, 66, died Friday after a long illness. Born in Palestine, Howard taught himself to fly in a biplane he bought for $175. He entered the National Air Races in 1930 with the: smallest racer ever built and took third place.
