Ford City Town Council, 7 p.m. at Ford City Borough Building. 4 Crash Victims Treated at Hospital Four persons were treated at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital during the weekend for injuries they received in traffic accidents. a Glen Knox, Avonmore RD 1, was listed in fair condition this morning with head and right leg injuries and chin lacerations he received in a motorcycle accident along a secondary road near Shady Plain, according to a hospital spokesman. Brian McCullough, 21, of 1106 Wilson Kittanning, was treated for head and neck injuries, he received in a one-car accident in Templeton.

He was released following treatment, the hospital spokesman said. Juanita Johnson, 14, of 1032- 7th Ford City, was treated for head and right elbow injuries suffered when the bicycle she was riding was struck by the handlebars a passing motorcycle, according to a hospital spokesman. She was released after treatment. Joseph Boston, 23, 26-6th Clymer, was treated for left knee and ankle injuries when he was struck by a car on Margaret Road. He was released after receiving treatment.

The couple was wed at 4 p.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Yatesboro, by the Rev. John A.

Regpli, pastor. The bride wore an ivory satin crepe gown, featuring a high neckline, fitted long sleeves and empire bodice with flowing train, trimmed in imported French Venetian lace. She carried her grandmother's handkerchief and a bouquet of stephanotis and ivy centered around bronze Fuji mums. Her sister, Beatrice Milicia of Kittanning RD 5, was maid of honor. Maria Turdo of Philadelphia, Sue Murray of Pittsburgh and Sandy Patterson of Yatesboro, were bridesmaids.

All were dressed in sleeveless 'polyester knit gowns of copper styled with a V-neck, empire bodice and pleated skirt topped with a long-sleeved short jacket. They wore flowers in their hair and carried nosegays of Fuji mums, pom-pons and dried flowers. Melissa Thoma was flower girl and Michael Rearick, ring bearer. Brother of the groom, Brenton Rearick, of Brockway served as best man. Ushers were Michael Milicia, brother of the bride, Peter Kulick and Gregory Rearick, brother of the groom.

St. Mary's Social Hall, Yatesboro, was the couple's reception site. The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Angelo Milicia of Kittanning RD 5, the bride is a caseworker for Armstrong County Children and Youth Services.

She graduated from Shannock Valley High School in 1973 and Slippery Rock State College in 1977. A 1971 graduate of the same high school, the bridegroom is a mason for Donald Rosencrance Contracting. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Berton Rearick of Rural Valley.

Woman's Car Hits Bridge To Avoid Killing Dog Greenville Man's Car Damaged in Hit-and-run A hit-and-run accident occurred this weekend on FiretowerRoad, Cook Forest in Farmington Township, Clarion County. At 10:55 a.m. Sept. 11, a blue, Volkswagen traveling south on' the road attempted to pass a vehicle driven by Paul Spange, 53, of Greenville, striking the left side of the Spange vehicle and continuing without stopping. Shippenville state police estimated light damages to the Spange vehicle.

Robe Theif Reported A resident of Alexander Hotel told Kiltanning Police Sunday someone stole a robe from her room sometime during the past week. Cheryl Pyle reported the theft at 11:15 p.m. Sunday, according to police records. The robe, valued by police at $35. was stolen sometime between last Monday and Sunday night.

Auto Overturns; Seminole Han Unhurt A Seminole man suffered no injuries when his car ran off the road, struck arr embankment and rolled over in a one car accident occurring at 6:50 p.m. Sept. 10.

Jeffrey Cornman, 20, was traveling north on Legislative Route 66, about one mile south of Clarion in Clarion Township, when he lost control of his vehicle. Damages were $700, according to Shippenville state police. WORDPLAY Hefinishing Class Ready A class in restoring or repairing wood furniture pieces will be conducted Sept. 19, 20 and 21 at the Worthington Fireball, Worthington. The wood furniture refinishing workshop will take place from 10 a.m.

to 3 p.m. each day. Participants are to bring a wood piece to work on or a problem piece. Each individual is to bring a bag lunch. Beverage will be provided and a dollar registration fee will be collected to cover costs of the workshop.

Teaching will be Joann Elder, Armstrong County's Extension Home Economist and Delores Williams, Butler County's Home Economist. They will teach the techniques of identification of woods, removing old finishes and restoring beauty by cosmic repairs. Walter Johnson, the Pennsylvania State University's Extension Forestry Specialist will also be present. He will demonstrte repairing wood pieces by replacing missing parts, techniques of glueing and more, Ms. Elder said.

Interested persons can sign up by calling the Armstrong County Extension Office before Sept. 14 at the Armstrong County Courthouse. Shippenville state police report that a Clarion woman was injured in a one-car accident when she avoided hitting a dog. Glenda Matthews, 21, of South 4th Clarion, was treated and released at Clarion Hospital following her accident at 1:10 a.m. Sept.

9. She was southbound on Township Route 478 in Monroe County, when she swerved to avoid striking a dog. then hit a bridge abutment, say police. Her vehicle was moderately damaged. East Franklin Police Seeking Hit-run Auto Police are looking for a black Plymouth automobile that sideswiped a pickup truck at 7:45 p.m.

Saturday at Toy's Crossroads, East Franklin Township, according to William Evans, East Franklin Township police chief. Doris A Denny of Kittanning RD 3 drove the truck westward on a legislative route when the black car approached, sideswiped the truck and continued traveling. Ms. Denny was uninjured, Evans said, but some $400 damage was done to the side of her truck. Baby Boy Davis Baby Boy Davis, infant son of Mr.

and Mrs. William R. Davis of East Brady RD 1 died at 4:50 p.m. Saturday at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital, approximately three hours birth. Survivors include, in addition to his parents; paternal grandmother, Mrs.

PennDOT Lists Area Projects How Underway PennDOT road crews will be at work on construction projects in the Dayton, Cowansville, Avonmore and NuMine areas of the county this week. Projects include road construction along Route 839 from the Route 84 intersection to Dayton, Route 156 from Route 56 to Avonmore in Kiskiminetas Township and along Route 268 from Cowansville to Kepples Corners.

Shoulder work will precede in several areas of the county including Route 268 from CowansviUe to West Kittanning. Motor paving will be done on Legislative Route 03058 from Route 85 toward Margaret and bridge construction will be done on old Route 85 at NuMine. Carl L. Gulp, county high' ways supervisor, has requested motorists to exercise caution in these areas. Zambofti Benefit Auction Cancr Charles E.Gahagen' Charles E.

Gahagen of Fairmount City RD 1 died at 7:20 p.m. Saturday at Brookville Hospital. He was 78. Born Sept. 30, 1898, iir Jefferson County, Gahagen was a son of Earl T.

and Jennie Shilling Gahagen. He was a retired coal miner with 42 years service, and a member of the Cottage Hill Wesleyan Methodist Church. He leaves his widow, the former Verna Mauk whom he married March 8, 1922, at Big Run; six sons, Wendell D. of New Bethlehem RD 3, Clark E. of North Tonawanda, New York, Charles L.

of Fairmount City RD 1, William J. of Levittown, Erdice L. of New Bethlehem RD Howard G. of Summerville RD five daughters, Mrs. William (Kathleen) Wolfgang of Cheardon, Ohio, Mrs.

Wanda H. Vensel, 64, of 116 Venwick Drive, Kittanning, died at 11:05 a.m. Saturday in the Armstrong County Memorial hospital, where she had been a patient for three weeks. A resident of the Kittanning area most of her life, Mrs. Vensel was born Aug.

9,1913, in Kiski Township to William C. and Mary Alma Beltz Hunter. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church Kittanning. Mrs.

Vensel leaves her husbahd, Harold a son, Edward H. of Clarington; a daughter, Mrs. Merle (Patricia Jane) Werty of Apollo RD two brothers, Walter G. Hunter of Apollo, and W. Leech Hunter of N.

Apollo; three sisters, Mrs. Thelman Gower of Alexandria, Mrs. Frank (Phoebe) Trautwein of New Kensington, and Miss Ruth Hunter of Washington, D. and four granddaughters. VENSEL Friends of Mrs.

Walter Dickey J. Walter Dickey, 73, of Cowansville RD 1 (Sherrett), died March 30 in Denver, Col. at the home of his daughter, Delia Johns. He was the son of the late Calvin and Lida Dickey. Survivors, in addition to his daughter, include two brothers, George and Charles, both of Kittanning RD 3.

A Sept. 24 benefit dance for Diana Zambotti iiao been cancelled. The 13-year-old Kittanning RD 5 girl died early Saturday in West Penn Hospital, Pittsburgh. She had been hospitalized at the Pittsburgh hospital for burns suffered in an accident ori July 2. All''three Kittanning fire companies were sponsors of the benefit.

Turning Auto involved In Jacob Parking Lot Crash A Freeport man, traveling in the center lane of South Water Street, made a right turn Sunday afternoon into a municipal parking lot at Jacob Street and his car collided with another auto, according to 'ittanning police. Police said Harold G. Anderson, 60, of 707 High was traveling north on the street at 5:55 p.m. when he attempted to make a right turn from the center lane into the parking lot. Anderson's car collided with an auto operated by Twila M.

Livengood, 20, of 634 Butler Road, Kittanning, who was traveling north in the curb lane of the street, according to police. DICKEY Graveside service for J. Waller Dickey, who died March.30, 1977, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Fair Cemetery, Cowansville, conducted by Rev. Hughle Orsborn, pastor of The Sherrett Methodist Church.

ZAMBOTTI Friends of Diana Lynn Zambotti, who died Sept. 10, will be received after 7 p.m. Sunday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the John R. Kennedy Funeral Home, 253 N.

Grant Kittanning, where a funeral service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday. The Rev. William Paul Jones, pastor of the Free Methodist Church, Kittanning, will officiate. Burial in Lawn Haven Memorial Park.
