Death Record Mrs. Hillie L. Patterson Mrs. Hillie L. Patterson of Ford City RD 1, widow of Hans P.

Patterson, died at 1:10 a.m. this morning in Armstrong County Memorial where she had been a patient for four days. Age.81, she was born Jan. 18, 1837 in Morestad, Sweden, a daughter of Neal and Matilda Johannsch. Mrs.

Patterson was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Monongahela, where she resided before moving to Ford City 11 years ago. She made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Eva CARD OF THANKS (Elliott). Snyder of Ford City RD Mrs. Serena Belle Edmonds Mrs.

Serena Belle Edmonds, 79, of Fairmount City, Redbank Township, Clarion County, died at 3:15 p.m. Monday in Brookville Hospital, where she had been a patient for three days. A daughter of the late John M. and Sophia (Reinard) Shick, she was born in Redbank Township, Armstrong County, on Feb. 25, 1889.

On March 30, 1915, she married William Frank Edmonds, who survives. Other survivors are a son, Wallace W. Call 5484364. international secretary-treasurer of the United Glass and Ceramic Workers of North America, died Sunday evening in University Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. Mr. McCsacken had been transferred to the Columbus hospital on Saturday from a hospital in Hollywood, where he had been undergoing treatment for a heart attack suffered Aug. 1.

He had gone to Florida for the Columbus-based union's 18th biannual convention. Born in Butler, McCraeken bad lived in Columbus for the past 25 years, while holding various offices in the union. He resided at 3530 Scbirtzinger Road, with his wife Dorothy. In" addition to his primary office as secretary-treasurer, he was director of the union's Committee on Political Education and secretary of the seven-union Stone, Glass and a Coordinating Committee, headquartered in Washington, D. C.

Surviving besides his wife are two daughters, Mrs. Judy Picola of Lawton, Okla. and Mrs. Nancy Rowe of Columbus; a grand daughter, Jennifer Rowe; and three sisters, Mrs. H.

F. Hilliard of Butler, Mrs. L. L. Allen of Harmony and Mrs.

Paul Pugh of Beaver. Funeral services will be held at "1:30 p.m. Thursday (Aug. 29) at Hoge Memorial Presbyterian Church, 2930 W. Broad Columbus.
