The representative of 13 school districts were advised that the final subsidy payments to LIU from the state, to be made Feb. 1, 1982, will reflect a 1 percent reduction. Information came in a letter from the Department of Education, noting the 1 percent across-the-board reduction in the current year's appropriations and subsidy payments requested by the governor.
