Ifrown Miss McWilliams Becomes Bride of J. D. Morris Culminating a romance of several years, Miss Nell McWilliams became the bride of J. D. Morris in a ceremony performed by Rev.

Haskell, Baptist pastor of Frederick. at the Baptist parsonage ir. Frederick Sunday morning about 8:30 o'clock. Miss Jeannette Morrison and Thornton Fergeson of Vernon accompanied the couple and were the only witnesses to the ceremony. The bride was attractively attired in a black crepe suit and white satin blouse with accessories to match.

Mrs. Morris a daughter of Mr. and Mrs, R. W. McWilliams of Ilearne.

She lived in Hearne a number of years and graduated from Hearne High School before moving to Vernon four years ago. She has been employed as bookkeeper with the Community Natural Gas Company during the four years she har lived here. Mr. Morris is son of Mr. and Mrs.

I). E. Morris of Harrold. lie has lived in Vernon and Wilbarger County all of his life. Followi: his graduation from Vernon High School, he attended Texas M.

College for about two years. He employed with the Texas Cotton Cooperative Association tit present. The couple will make their home here on Pease Street. West Vernon TV. S.

Meets Monday Afternoon The W. M. S. of the West Vernon Baptist Church met Monday after- noon at the home of Mrs. J.
