NOR Thomas Finn, 51 Did olunlccr work A funeral Mass will be said tomorrow at 9 a.m. in Most Precious Blood Church, Hyde Park, for Thomas Finn, 51, of 1527 River st Hyde Park. He died Saturday at his home after being stricken with a heart attack. i A private in the Army during the Ko-, rean conflict he along with several other enlisted men constructed a primary school near Pobwon-ni, Korea. He received the Purple Heart and was discharged from the service in 1955.

After his discharge he continued to be involved with youths coaching Little League in Hyde Park. He was also active in volunteer organizations, among them the Red Cross and the Salvation Army. Recently Mr. Finn was a furniture mover for Casey and Hayes. He leaves his wife, Ruth (Kelly) of Amesbury; a daughter Denise, of Ames-bury; his mother, Ethel (Kennedy), of Hyde Park; three brothers, George F.

of Brockton, Edward F. of Hyde Park, and William Finn of Alabama, and two sisters, Ethel Ullver of Hyde Park and Mary Good of West Dennis. Brian Caruso, 1 Victim ol auto crash A funeral Mass will be said tomorrow for Brian J. Caruso, 19, of 124 Elmlawn Braintree, who died Saturday in an automobile accident. The Mass will be said at 10 a.m.

in St. Thomas More Church in Braintree. Interment will follow at the Pine Hill Cemetery in Quincy. According to police, Mr. Caruso died shortly before 3 a.m.

when the pickup truck he was driving struck two utility poles on Pond street near the Braintree-Randolph line. Born in Quincy, he was a lifelong resident of Braintree, where he attended the public schools, graduating from Braintree High School in 1977. Mr. Caruso was an apprentice plumber employed by his father. For the past five years, he had worked part time for the Frank Basile Caterers of Braintree.

He leaves his parents, C. John and Ann M. (Ehlers) Caruso; a brother, Kenneth three sisters, Diane Linda A. and Lisa A. Caruso, all of Braintree, and his paternal grandparents, John J.

Other deaths Healy, Ed in South Bend, Ind, Dec. 9 at 83. Dartmouth College lineman who went on to become member of college and professional football halls of fame. Leonard H. Spitzer, 55, of 159 Gore Revere, who retired Friday as manager of the Porter Square post office in Cambridge, died unexpectedly yesterday in the Whitten Hospital, Everett.

Mr. Spitzer had been employed by the US Postal Service for 30 years. He was a member of the National Assn. of Postal Supervisors and was a World War II veteran.
