Wilderman SIOUX CITY Roxanna Marie "Roxie" Wilderman, 49, of Sioux City passed of Sioux City passed away Sunday, Oct. 16, 2011, at a local hospital. A celebration of life service will be 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Sioux City Elks Club, 1001 Tri View Ave. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service in Sergeant Bluff.

Richard Konrad Holden was born Oct. 21, 1941, in Sioux City, the son of Ar-nie and Mildred (Cook) Holden. Dick graduated from Central High School in i960. During 1962, he was married to Andrea Roberts. They later divorced.

On April 5, 1990, he married Jeanne Wood. Dick worked for a time at the Sioux City Country Club and later at Concrete Pipe. Dick was a machinist at Inter-Bake Foods from August 1975 until his retirement in October 1998. He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters 554. Dick was an avid fisherman and enjoyed camping.

Dick was the type of guy who could build or fix anything. Dick is survived by his wife, Jeanne; his three sons, Tim Holden and his wife, Shirley, Tom Holden and his wife, Mai, Steve Holden and his special friend, Michele Heck; his stepdaughter-in-law, Nellie Harris; his stepdaughters, Vicki and her husband, Randy Johnson and Debbie and her husband, Rob Roy; his grandchildren, Jessica, Cristina, Jennifer and Taylor; stepgrand-children, Jackie and her husband, Ryan Bertrand, Jenny and her husband, Bob Moore, Wendy and her husband, Kevin Acton, and Casey Cook; seven greatgrandchildren; and his sister, Jean, and her husband, Larry Bumsted. He was preceded in death by his parents; his stepson, Terry Harris; and his half sister, Betty Guy-Nelson. Robert Roti SPENCER, Iowa -Robert Roti, 89, of Spencer died Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2011, at Northshire Residence in Spencer.

Services will be 1:30 p.m. Friday at First Christian Church in Spencer. Military rites will be conducted by the American Legion Glen Pedersen Post 1 of Spencer following the service at the church. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will begin at p.m.

Arrangements are under the direction of Rush Family Care Service in Onawa, Iowa.

Condolences may be left online for the family at Gale was born Jan. 23, 1918, in Fairfax, S.D., the son of Leo and Matilda (Brenden) Redmond. He attended school in Fairfax and then moved with his family to the Sloan area in 1935- He married Eva Dean Holmes on Dec. 25, 1946. The couple lived in Sloan all of their married life.

He retired in 1981 after 38 years with the Northwest Iowa Telephone Company. Until it closed in 2005, he was a member of the Albaton Wesleyan Church and then attended Evangelical Covenant Church in Sloan until he became a resident at Pleasant View. Gale and his four brothers served in various branches of the military at various locations during World War II. He served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in the Aleutian Islands and Germany.

He was a member of the American Legion Smith -Rhodes Post 295 of Sloan for 66 years. Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Eva Dean of Sloan; two daughters and their husbands, Jenise and Ralph Guenther of Sergeant Bluff, and Julie and Gary Sutton of Lancaster, one son, Jeff Redmond of Sloan; two grandsons, Brandon Guenther of Lancaster and Andrew Guenther and his wife, Jill of Omaha; a great-granddaughter, Maddisyn Guenther of Omaha; a sister, Vivian Livermont of Rapid City, S.D.; two sisters-in-law, Patsy Redmond of Onawa and Dorothy Redmond of Gretna, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Helen Carlson and Mary Alice Redmond in infancy; five brothers, Leland, Raymond, Glen, Lowell and Marvin; two brothers-in-law, Carl Carlson and Lester Livermont; a niece, Stephanie Walker; and a nephew, Paul Livermont. com. The former Madeline Margaret Reuter was born Dec. 23, 1915, on a farm just south of Le Mars, the daughter of Anton and Anna (Nemmers) Reuter. She grew up in the Le Mars area and graduated from St. Joseph's Catholic High School.

Madeline married William J. Neubrand on Sept. 30, 1937, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Le Mars. Following their marriage, the couple made their home in Le Mars.

They owned and operated Neubrand Construction for many years, until her husband's death in 1979. Madeline was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, the church guild, Christian Mothers Society, and Catholic Daughters of America. She was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking, canning, and baking. Her specialty was apple pie.

She also enjoyed playing cards, bowling and attending her grandchildren's activities and sporting events. Survivors include four children, William D. "Bill" (Sonny) Neubrand of Le Mars, Ann Muir and her husband, Darrell of Palm Coast, Don Neubrand and his wife, Mary Lee of Le Mars, and Dennis Neubrand of Le Mars; a daughter-in-law, Sandy Neubrand of Auburndale, 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; a brother, William A. "Bill" Reuter and his wife, Arlene of Le Mars; two sisters-in-law, Esther Reuter of Sauk Centre, and Mary Agnes Neubrand of Wichita, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William J.

13, 1935. She received her early education in country school and graduated from George (Iowa) High School in 1952. She graduated from Northwestern Junior College in 1954 and taught elementary school in Rock Valley, Iowa, from 1954 to 1957. On June 5, 1957, she was united in marriage to Ed Kuiper of Hull, Iowa, at Matlock Reformed Church. They lived in Canton, S.D., from 1957 to 1963.

They had farmed near Matlock for nearly 50 years. Dena was an active member of the Matlock Re formed Church, teaching Sunday school, leading the children's choir and working with the Ladies' Circle and later, as a member of Sheldon First Reformed Church. She loved music, baking, sports (especially tennis!) and took great pride in attending her grandchildren's activities. Her grandchildren will always cherish Grandma's smile, words of encouragement, prayers, and wonderful cooking and baking. Ed and Dena wintered in Mesa, for 21 years, where Dena enjoyed spending time with friends on the tennis court and singing with the Broadway Chapel Choir.

She is greatly loved by her husband of more than 54 years, Ed Kuiper; her four children, Lyle (Tami) Kuiper of Sheldon, Linda (Darryl) Punt of Noblesville, Deb (Dr. Steve) Locker of Orange City, Iowa, and Pamela (Bill) Flom of Grosse Pointe Farms, 12 grandchildren, Trevor, Justin and Joe Kuiper, Tyler (Laura), Tanner and Trent Punt, Joshua, Daniel and Jessica Locker, Emily, Christy and Elizabeth Flom; brothers, the Rev. Sylvester (Lily) Van Oort of Oacoma, S.D., and the Rev. Glenn (Eileen) Van Oort of Averill Park, N.Y.; sisters, Dalo-ris Rensink of Sheldon and Lois (Bob) Falk of Rochester, sister-in-laws, Josie Van Oort of Denver, JoEllen Van Oort of Te-aneck, N.J., Alvina Davelaar of Doon, Iowa, and Marge Warner of Sheldon. William ML Donovan ORANGE CITY, Iowa William M. Donovan, 57, of Orange City died Saturday, Oct. 15, 2011, at a Skua City hospital. Visitation with the family win be 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday at Oolman Funeral Home in dange City.

was with her family when she passed away shortly after midnight on Oct. 19, 2011, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. Memorial services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Caldwell Raddatz Funeral Home in Des Moines. There will be a memorial luncheon at the American Legion Hall at 68th and Douglas after the service.

Susie was born on June 22, 1959, to Virginia and Phillip Keating of Sioux City. She married Steven Sanford of Sioux City on Aug. 30, 1980, and they moved to Des Moines shortly thereafter where they started their family, Amanda, Eric, Natalie and Brian. Susie always pursued her passion for knowledge and caring for others. She studied nursing in many capacities, earning her master's in nursing from the University of Iowa and Mercy Medical College.

Susie's deepest passion was caring for others, especially young children. She worked for Mercy Medical Center as a nurse in many units, spending most of her working years with children and their families. Susie was strongly dedicated to family, child health care and her volunteer work in pain management for the American Pain Foundation. Everyone who knew Susie will remember her for her devotion to helping others, reaching out with her loving heart to help ease the pain of everyone she knew. We are blessed to have had her in our lives, and she will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her mother, Virginia Keating; her brother, Phillip Keating her sister, Kathy Boden; her husband, Steve Sanford; and her four children, Amanda, Eric, Natalie and Brian. Susie was preceded in death by her father, Phillip Keating. The family asks that in lieu of any contributions or flowers, that donations be made to the American Pain Foundation in her name. Mary Ann Erlemeier SIOUX CITY Mary Ann Erlemeier, 77, of Wichita, formerly of Sioux City, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2011.

Services will be 10 a.m. Friday at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Wichita. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Friday in Fort Riley Cemetery, Fort Riley, Kan.

She had been a resident of Courage Homes since 1985. Roxie loved the outdoors, swinging and going for long walks. She also enjoyed music and slap-stick comedy. Besides her great sense of humor, she was extremely warm-hearted, friendly, loving, sensitive and kind. She will be missed by many.

Survivors include her mother, Virginia Orr of Blair, four sisters and a brother, Rebecca Wilderman of Fremont, Theresa Chase of Palmetto, Lisa Shelby of Sioux City, Edward Wilderman of Oklahoma City, and Stephanie Wilder-man of Casper, and many nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her father. Memorials may be made in her name to Hospice of Siouxland or Courage HomesMid-Step Services. Roxie's family extends a sincere thank you to the residents and staff at Courage Homes for being Roxie's second family. Also, to Hospice of Siouxland for their remarkable care.

Judy K. Richardson ONAWA, Iowa Judy Kay Richardson, 70, of Onawa passed away Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2011, at her residence. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Rush Family Care Service in Onawa, with the Rev.

Tom Scott officiating. There will be no burial at this time. Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Condolences may be left online for the family at www.rushfami-lycareservice.com.

Judy Kay was born April 7, 1941, in Little Sioux, Iowa, the daughter of Ed and Vivian (Coats) Beers. She graduated from Little Sioux High School and attended Western Iowa Tech Community College. Judy and Donald Richardson were united in marriage and four children were born to this union. They made their home in Onawa where they raised their children. Donald passed away in February 1972.

Judy was employed at Burgess Memorial Hospital more than 25 years. She was a member of First Christian Church and a former member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and greatgrandchildren. Survivors include her special friend of 32 years, David Watson of Onawa; four children. Sheila (Bryan) Cole of Onawa, Lu-ann (Tom) O'Doherty of Omaha, Carlann (Kevin) Mesenbrink of Onawa and David (Erin) Richardson of Onawa; three stepchildren, Greg Watson of Colorado, Terry (Bonnie) Watson of Onawa and Jodi (Bob) Pranschke of Onawa; 21 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
