Oxygen Acetylene VtikS.x Franchise Madisonville was charged with driving while intoxicated. Mr. Graham served three days in the McLean County Jail at $2 per day. This brought his fine down to $94 plus court cost of $14, May IT- Roy Bishop of Route 3, Central City was ticketed for driving while intoxicated; he paid a fine of $100 plus court cost of $14. Ronald Goodaker of Route 3, Dawson Springs was cited for driving while intoxicated.

Mr. Goodaker was-fined $100 and court cost of $14. May 13- Thomas Carroll Fulkerson Jr. of Calhoun was charged with speeding and fined $10 plus court cost of $19. Kenneth L.

Allen of Box 135, Island was cited for driving while intoxicated. Mr. Allen was fined $100 plus court cost of $14. Marvin 0. Gibson of Dixon was charged with permitting an unlicensed operator to operate a motor vehicle.

He was fined $10 (suspended) and paid court cost of $19. May 14- Michael R. Woodard, of 3266 Lawrence, Detroit, Michigan was cited for failure to display 1975 cab card. Mr. Woodard was fined $30 and court cost of $14.

Keith Vance Austin of Route 1 Island was cited for speeding and Fined $10 plus costs of $14. May 16- Dallas Ray Johnson was charged with harassment of another. He was fined $50 and court cost of $21.

Donny L. Scott of Island was cited for operating on a revoked or suspended operators license. He was fined $10 plus court cost of $19. Mr. Scott was also charged with driving while intoxicated on this charje he was fined $100 plus court cost of $14.

Louis B. Gillim of Route 1 Calhoun was cited for disregarding a stop sign. His fine of $10 was supended but he paid the court cost of May 17 Perry Wayne Pearcy of Livermore was charged with operating on a suspended operators license. He was fined $10 and court cost of $19. Duane Lee Shockley of Route 1 Livermore was cited for speeding.

He paid a fine of $10 and court cost of $19. May 19 Roy P. Hil lof Route 1, Rumsey was cited for driving while intoxicated and fined $100 plus court cost of $14. Jackee Lee Humphrey, Route 1. Livermore was fined $10 for speeding and paid a court cost of $19.

May 5 Shirley V. Timmons of Route 2, Sebree, Kentucky was ticketed for Improper passing. The fine of $10 was supended but Timmons paid a court cost charge of $19. Reba B. Drake of Island was charged with Improper passing and fined $10 plus court cost of $19.

Leslie R. Brown, of Box 353 in Livermore, was charged with speeding. Brown paid a fine of $10 plus court cost of $19. May 6 Ronald Bolton of Livermore' was charged with public intoxication. He was fined $10 and court cost of $19.

On the same date a Ronald L. Bolton who listed his address as Route 1. Calhoun was charged with driving while intoxicated. This Mr. Bolton was fined $100 plus court cost of $14.

Floyd Lloyd of Island was ticketed for public intoxication and fined $10 plus court cost of $19. Hugh Karl Cobb of Rumsey was ticketed for being intoxicated in a public place. Mr. Cobb received a fine of $10 and court cost of $26. May 8 James L.

Powell of' 1125 Comcard Tr. in Owensboro was ticketed for transport failing to 'stop at R.R. Crossing. He was fined $10 and court cost of $26. Paul Pierce, public intoxication, fined $10 and court cost of $10.

Harold W. Gardner Of Route 1, Dunmor. Kentucky was ticketed for leaking or shifting contents. His fine of $10 was suspended but he paid a court cost of $19. Thurman D.

Burden of Route 1, Livermore was ticketed for speeding. He was fined $10 and court cost of $19. May 10 Geraldine Mofield of Route 3, Central City, Kentucky was charged with reckless driving. She was fined $10 plus court cost of $19. William D.

Jarvis of Route 2. Greenville was cited for speeding and fined $10 plus court cost of $19. May 12 Steven J. McCIaskey of Route 1, Sacramento was ticketed for speeding. Mr.

McCIaskey paid a fine of $10 plus court cost of $19. Don Edmonds of Livermore was cited for public intoxication and fined $10 plus court cost of $28. Moody, pastor, officiating. The attendants were Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Gillette and Dale Hutchens. A house guest of Mae Carol Anderson last week was Polly Stader of Memphis.

Mr. and Mrs. Howard Anderson enjoyed having their son, David, and wife, Connie, visit them last week from Memphis. Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs.

Eddie Colburn on the birth of a daughter born June 19 at the Owensboro-Daviess County Hospital. Christian sympathy, to Mrs. Eva Underwood and family in the death of James Decoples Underwood on June 18. Also to the family of Mrs. Addie Elizabeth Donahoo, who died June 20.

Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Alexander of Owensboro visited Mr. and Mrs. Joe Curry and friends in Livermore, Sunday.

We are glad Mrs. Leland Howard and Arthur Greenwalt are home from the hospital and doing real well. Joe Henry Thomasson remains a patient at McLean County. Our prayers and best wishes with these.
