That's the word from dealers which this week received their first shipment ot new 1955 air conditioners from the International Harvester Company. The new International Harvester products have caused much excited talk among air conditioner dealers. In the first place these IH air conditioners -are truly draft free. While most air conditioners have louver arrangements on the front to prevent drafts, none really eliminates all drafts. But the new IH air conditioners have a newly designed air grille on the top. Cool air is sent up to the ceiling, over the whole room — with never a draft anywhere. International Harvester air conditioners are also the only units that can be decorated with fabric to match or harmonize with room decor and draperies. International Harvester now has models that not only cool in hot weather, but also warm rooms in cool weather and does it automatically — by means of a reverse cycle heat pump that operates without electric heating elements and colls.
