The bridegroom, son of Mr. and Mrs. Siracusa, East Boston, was graduated from Boston College and attends Suffolk Law School. After a wedding trip to Canada, the couple will live in East Boston. Smith-Carroll Miss Janet Elizabeth Carroll and Joseph John Smith Jr.
